Privacy policy

In short
This site collects no personal data of its own. There is no user account, no form, no analytics and no advertising cookie. The only data processed is what you send us voluntarily.
What this site does not do
- No analytics: no Google Analytics or equivalent. No statistics tool is enabled.
- No cookies for measurement, advertising or tracking are set.
- No forms: contact happens by email or through Instagram.
- No sale or transfer of data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Local storage
The site keeps a single display preference in your browser (localStorage), relating to the light or dark theme. That information stays on your device, is never transmitted, and is part of how the site works: it does not require consent.
If you write to us
When you send a message to lebonheurvadrouille@gmail.com, your email address and the content of your message are processed for the sole purpose of replying and, where relevant, arranging a collaboration.
- Legal basis: the legitimate interest in answering an enquiry, and steps taken prior to entering a contract.
- Retention: for the duration of the exchange, then three years from the last contact.
- Recipients: the Herlin family only. The mailbox used is Gmail, provided by Google Ireland Limited.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States). Like any host, Netlify records connection logs containing IP addresses among other things, for security and for the proper operation of the service.
This processing involves a transfer of data outside the European Union, governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Netlify’s policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port the data concerning you.
To exercise those rights, write to lebonheurvadrouille@gmail.com. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Changes to this policy
This document will be updated if the site changes — when a contact form is added, for example. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
